How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for metro areas and up to 2 weeks for regional locations. These are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

How do I care for my earrings?
Always handle your earrings with care. Remove them before showering, swimming, or applying lotions, perfumes, or skincare products to protect their finish and keep them looking their best.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes. All earrings are made with nickel-free, hypoallergenic fittings.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes. To start a custom order, get in touch via the Contact page with your idea and the image you'd like to use. From there, the process looks like this:

• You send your image and brief
• You receive a draft for review (approximately 1–2 weeks)
• You provide written confirmation to proceed
• Your earrings are made and dispatched (approximately 1 week after confirmation)
• Total turnaround is around 3 weeks from confirmation

Please note: custom orders are final once written confirmation is received. Due to the handmade nature of the process and variations in paint, resin, and materials, the finished piece may differ slightly from the draft. This is the nature of wearable art, not a fault.

Can I return a custom order?
No. Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed in writing. If your finished earrings arrive damaged or faulty, please refer to our Refund Policy.
