All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of receiving payment.
As many of our products are handmade and made in small batches, processing times may vary during busy periods, new collection launches, sales events, or public holidays.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipped items are sent via Australia Post.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather events, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking Information
Tracking details can be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible at lynnpetronellacreative@gmail.com. While we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at lynnpetronellacreative@gmail.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and assist where possible.
Local Pickup
Local pickup can be arranged from: Dubbo NSW.
You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.
