Refund policy
Lynn Petronella Creative does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your product is faulty, damaged, or you've been sent the wrong item, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit — for major faults (such as a broken clasp, missing stone, or a significantly different item to what you ordered), the choice is yours.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. If a fault develops after that, please notify us within 14 days of first noticing the issue. In either case, you'll need proof of purchase, and photograph evidence of the fault or damage, along with a brief description of what happened, to help us assess your claim.
We will assess your claim based on the photos and information you provide, to determine whether the issue reflects a fault in manufacturing or materials, as opposed to damage from wear, an accident, or mishandling.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Where it isn't, return shipping will be at your own cost.
